Sex and the City Author Candace Bushnell is giving us more, more, more Carrie Bradshaw!!! I am so excited about the new book, The Carrie Diaries, coming out in April. The book gives us a view of Carrie before SATC times.

Even though it's considered a YA book, I'll take more Carrie any way I can get it!!!

Hairdo for the ball

My hubby and I are attending his annual men's club debutante ball Saturday evening. It is a very formal ball, and we usually have a wonderful time. It begins very sedate with white gowns and Texas dips, and usually moves on to a rowdy drunken dance party with a fab, fun band.

I'm wearing a black gown (I know, real original). Hopefully I can post some pictures after the weekend.

I am struggling with deciding on a hairstyle since I cut my hair shorter than usual. I am thinking of something like this...
