3 Things I'm Loving!

A few things I'm loving right now...

***Homemade SaLsA!
(not my salsa pictured!)
I live in the land of Tex-Mex, and have eaten lots of different salsas---or "hot sauce" as we call it.  This is my all-time favorite recipe from my dear friend, Victor "V-Lo" Lopez.  When he told me how to make it, I was shocked at the simplicity!

1 large can diced tomatoes
2-3 jalapeno peppers (stems cut off)
salt to taste
blend ingredients in a blender or food processor

It is just so fresh and delicious!  You can adjust the heat by adding or subtracting jalapenos.  I use 2 with seeds, and it is usually fine for my six year old.

***MAC Greasepaint Stick
These sticks are like a better vesion of a MAC Shadestick.  They make a smoky eye a snap!  I use them as a base for my shadow---they keep it in place on my oily lids.  They come in several colors, all in a kind of black base- hence the greatness for a smoky look.  I am loving the gray, navy and purple ones.  Also, the plain black does a fantastic job on the waterline.

***Destroyed Skinny Jeans
Wearing these a ton, rolled up or down.  LOVE and only $19.99!
